RETURN POLICY:

  • We don’t process returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise.
  • You must return defective merchandise to us with a piece o f tape indicating the flaw’s location.
  • We don’t accept return on discontinued items or merchandise thai more than 30 day old
  • You must make claims of shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  • All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge. In addition to both outbound and return freight cost and COD charges.
  • We don’t provide cash refunds only company credit
  • If we didnt process your order accurately, Well cove the original friend and send a call tag for the incur merchandise.

REFUND POLICY:

If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact your Customer Care Representative and we’ll rerun your order or refund your money within 30 days. We are in this for the long-haul and will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied. If product(s) are not delivered on time we will also provide you a refund less expenses (samples, expedited shipping), barring an act of God (weather or disease); which will be determined on a case by case basis.
